Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a rescheduling fee.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Completed Services: We do not offer returns on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know during your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened products within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
